PRLog (Press Release)– May 19, 2011– A recent survey conducted by North London dealer group, Northern Motors Vauxhall, identified that its labour rate is one of the lowest amongst its local competitors.
The telephone survey was conducted by the branch located in Harrow, during the first week of May 2011, to establish individual hourly labour rates for service and repair work, to ensure Northern Motors remains competitive and attractive to its customers.
Eight local franchised dealerships based in Middlesex and Hertfordshire were included within the research: Ford, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, Skoda, Mazda, BMW and Audi. Of those eight dealerships, only one offered a labour rate less than Northern Motors, the remainder were significantly higher. In fact, the labour rates varied from £75 (pl chrysler us VAT) to £129.60 (plus VAT).
Service Manager, Simon Burstow said: "It is very important to us that we offer a viable service to our customers, not jus dodge t in terms of price but also quality. We were not surprised by the results of the survey, but pleased nonetheless".
